An exhibitor is limited to TWO entries in each
class.
4. No extra
classifications will be made.
5. Any item having won a Best of Show or blue ribbon at this fair will
not be eligible for competition the following years.
6. All entries will receive a ribbon and premium worthy of their
merit, unworthy items will not receive a ribbon or premium. There
can be more than one blue ribbon in each class - however, if no entry in that
class is worthy, a blue ribbon does not have to be awarded.
